By opting in to receive text messages from Retirement Protectors, Inc., a DBA of Millang Financial Group, LLC (“RPI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Program Description
Retirement Protectors sends SMS text messages to existing clients for:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service notifications and policy status updates
- Account alerts and important notices
- Customer care communications
Messages are sent only to clients who have an active relationship with our company and have provided their phone number and consent during the client onboarding process or by texting the opt-in keyword.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from RPI by:
- Online consent form: Visit retireprotected.com/sms-consent to provide your consent electronically.
- Client onboarding: When you sign an engagement agreement with Retirement Protectors and provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages including appointment reminders, policy updates, and account notifications.
- Keyword opt-in: Text START to (515) 500-2308 to begin receiving messages.
Your consent is documented in our secure client management system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, upcoming appointments, and relevant policy updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages without separate explicit consent. All standard messages are service-related.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further texts. Other opt-out keywords: STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your client relationship with RPI or your ability to receive communications through other channels (email, phone, mail).

Costs & Charges
Message and data rates may apply. RPI does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your phone number and opt-in information are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
