We have found that the only thing people want for their retirement strategies is service. The only thing they generally receive from their existing business is sales. Our relentless focus on the former drives everything we do for a business designed to create an exceptional customer experience.
We guide you through critical milestone decisions, such as enrolling in Medicare at age 65 and handling required minimum distributions (RMD’s) at age 72. This is delivered through the RPI Proactive Service Model™. That’s why we say, “We’re your people.™”
Our co-founder and CEO, Josh D. Millang, has worked exclusively with seniors in the areas of health, wealth and legacy since 2002. The lineage of our business goes back to Millang Financial Group (MFG), formed in 2008. Our evolution into the Proactive Service Model™ was built for our relationship-powered insurance ideal, integrated within the RPI EngAGE ™ ecosystem. We currently serve over 3,600 active clients.
